El Paso Bichrome Bowl

The Jornada Mogollon made El Paso Bichrome pottery before developing it into the slightly more complicated El Paso Polychrome. Bichromes have two colors (in this case, black and red) while polychromes have three or more colors. As the name suggests, this type of pottery is common in the area around the modern city of El Paso, Texas.
